ABOUT US

Francine Russell, Qualified Coach Practitioner (EMCC/EQA), Mindfulness Practitioner and Trainer

Claire Callaghan B.Pty MSc, Chartered Physiotherapist

Sue Baic MSc RD, Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist

We're a group of Bristol based health professionals who have worked together for many years. We have worked together at a variety of workplaces, offering staff wellbeing programmes and bespoke sessions tailored to organisational needs.   
We recognise that there are many competing demands in modern and working life and aim to promote workplace wellbeing helping staff live healthier and productive lives and reducing workplace illness.
As independent practitioners working in a team, we value and complement each other’s contribution. Sue brings expert knowledge of nutrition and health, which fits well with Francine’s work as a food consultant, coach and mindfulness practitioner. Claire’s Physiotherapy background helps workers understand the importance of physical activity and how to maintain and improve joint and muscular health and reduce pain.
We set clear outcomes for our workplace interventions and offer evaluation of our impact on staff to help your workplace to move forward and show positive change.

Sessions

AVAILABLE SESSIONS

We offer different sessions depending on your needs. 

Currently, all sessions delivered virtually due to COVID 19 related restrictions. 

Sessions can vary in length, from 30 minutes and 1 hour webinars to half and full days. 

They can be part of themed workplace wellbeing weeks,  full days,  half days, breakfast, lunch or twilight sessions.
